Terms of Service

SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS: CD Visuals provides project updates, scheduling alerts, and quote notifications via SMS. By opting in, you agree to receive these transactional messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP. For more information or assistance, reply HELP or email [email protected]. GENERAL SERVICE TERMS: By engaging CD Visuals for professional media services, the client acknowledges that operations are subject to federal regulations (NAV CANADA) and environmental safety conditions. All digital deliverables remain the property of CD Visuals until the final invoice is settled. We reserve the right to reschedule operations due to inclement weather or restricted airspace to ensure the safety of personnel and property.

  • Client is responsible for ensuring legal access to the project site

  • Rescheduling due to high winds or precipitation is handled at no extra cost

  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure the project date and begin mobilization. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion

  • Final high-resolution deliverables and Matterport transfer links will be released immediately upon receipt of the final 50% payment

  • Perpetual commercial usage rights are granted upon final payment
